I've found HWMonitor to be quite good recently, it gives the same core temps as everest and coretemp but also will log the minimum and maximum temps for the time you have it on which is pretty handy with P95. It monitors your GPU core temp and fan speeds too but i'find the GPU temp logs about 10C higher than with everest.
